You may take him to iClone and check for "External files" (a button at the very bottom of the "Project" window).

And you may disregard any of the Human Shaders assets in "Program Files" listed there (if any). End user would have those.

Hi all,
   I'm updating my Skeleton iAvatar pack and when I go to upload the pack to Reallusion the dialog says that it may require some external files (see screenshot)
   I  believe  I know which file it's missing (the diffuse image for the new eyes) but I don't know how to properly include that file in the pack so customers don't have to deal with a texture problem. How do I add the texture to the pack so that it works out of the box?
