When I press GoZ Button, settings won't show up, it just freezes the program as tho it opened some new window (u know that sound when you press any button windows makes on inactive), then when I press Esc button it continues the CC4 as usual, so my guess as its opens the dialogue for GoZ but now  showing it then on Esc it closes it, question is, how can I reset program to defaults or how to see this popped up window that is invisible? I already reinstalled CC4 and still the same issue.

Have you been using CC4 on a dual monitor setup? This kind of issue can occur when panels have been moved to a secondary screen.

If you have, try reconnecting your second screen and move any panels back to the main screen. You can also try going to Window >Workspace and click Reset Layout to see if this helps.

If this doesn't help, please contact Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further.
