Thank you Barry and others for sharing the information. I am very glad that a solution has been found. If there is any problem, please do not hesitate to contact me. CC4 is still not fully tuned, Motion Blur is still bothering me, which creates "ghosting" in animations when the GPU RAM is loaded, a lot of things have already been fixed, but I can't rely 100% on CC4's performance yet, so I have CC3/CC4 and CC7/CC8 installed at the same time, until I consider the new software to be fully satisfactory. For the same reason I am selling products in CC3 versions for the time being, although I am testing them in CC4 as well. I also wanted to include the CC4 versions of Avatar together with the CC3 versions, but in the shop they are then automatically advised completely as for CC4, it is enough to add only one item to the CC3 product in the pack and then they all appear as if they were for CC4, this is confusing for the customer and therefore I exclude them from sale. It's a pity, because they could be part of the package and the customer would not have to tweak them in CC4. I wish you good luck in your work/hobby and thank you for your purchase. Render On! I usually keep at least one previous version, especially for content, but also for transferring older projects to the current iClone 8.

Looks like Im going to have to do that as as I seem to eb having other issues with cc4, namely downloading is painfully slow, it fails to detect and download assets and the other one where it tells me updates re available and then nothing happens so yeah Ill try a clean install.

BarryYour solution is a royal PITA that we have all had to use and only works for those who have a copy of CC3 owned and installed. I also replied to your post here with a link to a patch to the patch.

This issue is well known and documented and has nothing to do with having either CC3 or CC4 installed, the Content Manager is messed up - again. There is a fix available in the latest update available through the HUB. There was also a patch fix available for download here, but this has been taken care of in the CC 4.12b patch. See this post for the short version of solving the issue.

Hello Martin,
I have had to reinstall CC3 as it isnt just the assets from you that have this problem so, for now it seems I need to have CC3 and 4 o be installed in order that certain assets work out of the box. Not your fault at all, I appreciate your efforts to resolve and I will say again on the high quality of your products, you're going to cause me to be a bit poorer this month ;) I'm thinking of your latest release - Chloe

Hi, Barry, As I wrote in a previous personal message, I'm afraid it's a problem with CC4, although in CC3 these source textures are part of the CC3+ characters, in CC4 they are missing. I don't know how important they are for the actual appearance of the character in the real-time render. Anyway, for now, I'm sending copies of them from CC3, until the problem is solved, you can download them here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BONVgPUqb6xsrbrmaIwh4ottYzKz7Aba/view?usp=sharing Unfortunately, as you can see, their CC3 source names have a duplication, although each texture is specific for the head/arms/legs/... and it is necessary to manually set them according to the attached image/guide I'm sorry for not solving this problem, I asked Reallusion to tell me why this happens with these textures when converting from CC3 to CC4. May I ask if I understand correctly? Do you already have only CC4 installed on your PC/MAC? I have both CC3 and CC4 installed, and when I upload a Millie character (CC3+ avatar), the CC4 program shows no error for me. So I need to rule out this possibility in my research. Is this the case? Hi, Anyone else noticed this? I upgraded from CC3 to v4 and then uninstalled previous. I have bought a few items recently that seemed to be requiring CC3 components, see here; Millie by Remark3dcz  I contacted the author who to his credit has offered to redo for cc4 only but Im thinking this is an issue meaning that we do need to retain cc3 which is a little crazy to me.
