I'm trying to do a smooth camera movement, like they show in the iclone 8 user manual.

They give instructions on how to do a smooth camera movement by checking the smooth camera movement box. I've looked everywhere on the interface and I can't seem to find a smooth camera movement box do you know where it is?

Those instructions seem to relate to iC7 not iC8 ( they tend to be behind on the manuals). There used to be a Smooth-Movement for cameras in iC7 but it's no longer in iC8. I think the Orbit-Camera option has replaced it.

Annoying that it vanished. With more effort you can use the curve editor.
