It says it cannot find the program associated with the downloaded files.
Please install Cross Products first.
I have CC4 on my C Drive, but the Reallusion Template  and Custom Template for CC4 are on my D Drive.
I only have 22 Gb left on my C Drive (250GB HDD). It fluctuates between 22 and 35 GB, depending on how it feels.
I am not able to download any free or purchased products for CC4, because it says it cannot find the
program associated with.  I am on a limited disability income because of my CHF (congestive heart failure).
So, I would appreciate a little help in solving my problem, because it is a lot of trouble to me if I have to reinstall
CC4 and all of its' files only on the C Drive. It is more trouble to try and reinstall it than trying to buy 250GB SSD
for $30-40. 
Won't you help a guy out, please. Thank You.

The associated program for rld files is the Reallusion Content Downloader (something like that), which is only needed for older RL products. 

If you have CC4, the purchased item should appear in your Smart Content Manager under new purchases. You may have to refresh or restart CC.

BTW, it's OK to have content on another drive, I have that as well.
