I was able to convert these motions using 3DXChange 7. The motions are long and have many multiple motions per motion group.
The motions are cool but are very random. These motions are for non-commercial purposes. 
To download the motions from Github, click on green code button and then click on download zip.

Those Reallusion Rugged and Trendy pants work very well with these motions. Those pants have a lot of stretch in them
