I found these free motion files last week while looking for some BVH motions.
I downloaded the files and converted subject FSF tst v1 037 file to IC using 3DXChange 7. 
This was an audio and motion study of some subjects hand gestures during conversations.
I converted a motion to IC if you want to download. A lot of the files look similar.
Somebody can probably do a better job than me with the hands. I think the thumb can be fixed in Edit Motion Layer.
The T pose (use on FSF Full Body Folder Files) for 3DXChange can be download from the YT video page in the Google Drive motion file.
