Hi everyone!

I exported CC3+ avatar with bones from CC4. After, i changed his head for custom in 3ds max. The bones were preserved.
After, i import my model as humanoid avatar.

Did characterization:

The result is a working animation. Poses can be changed:

But if I try to add clothes to the avatar, this error appears:

Attempt to apply the body part has failed due to incompatibility with the current character. Body parts of CC3+ Character and Humanoid characters can not be shared or exchanged.

How to fix that issue? And add clothes to custom avatar?

Hi...

If you import a character using the Humanoid option, it will be classified as a non-standard character and so will no longer be compatible with your CC clothing. The character needs to be standard CC character if you want to be able to apply clothing from your library.

That is, I correctly understood that in CC4 you can’t add a custom character and use clothes in principle?
It can't be done no way.
