Hello guys, below good news for resolve the problem:

We have the 8.11 update releasing on the 13th. It will fix the following issues:

Motion blur still appears in rendered videos of stationary objects with motion blur enabled and having switched the viewing camera.
TAA does not take effect for rendered videos.
Watermarks appears when purchased content are applied.
Panels turn white and the application freezes after the following procedure:
1) Switch to the MD layout in iClone.
2) Apply a character with iMD data to the scene.
3) Resize the downsize and enlarge the application window.

So please do check the Hub in a few days for the update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Make sure to also add an entry in the Feedback Tracker if that hasn't been done already.

I got the same problem for my last render with motion blur on. 

As far as I can see, it's completely broken in the 8.1 update. Let us know what RL support says.
