I installed Character Creator 4 on a new machine and when I try to download content I get a message stating that "The hard disk space for the template is not enough. Please free up some disk space and try again." I am confused because my C drive (where the program is installed) has more than 300Gb of available space. Can I change the location of "the template"? If so, where do I do this?
