Hello folks, is there any software that can convert actions of a character
to Motion Files ?    There is a website that does this: "Deepmotion"
but I wonder if there is any software that can do the same.

Thanks.

Sure! Download this : https://qiita.com/yukihiko_a/items/234af259aede99ac55ee (Might have to translate the website) Called ThreeDPose.
Follow this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Zg_T6Ww-vo Once you're done with the download. Check the description for the iAvatar files needed to get the motion into iClone! Have fun and if you need more advice, just ask. I'll help you out with this workflow. It's not as clean as something like Deepmotion, but definitely gets the job done and can be modified in iClone, too! :)

Edit: Should also mention that this method worked for iClone 7. Not sure about iClone 8, but you can export the BVH out of ThreeDPose, so there's that.

Hi there,

I've tried https://plask.ai/ a couple of times, which gave me pretty good results.
