DAZ has some models that I want to use in iClone 8. Not the characters. I prefer CC4. How can I import assets like some terrains or clothes to use in iClone 8? Can anybody tell me how to do it? Thank you.

Just drag and drop the FBX exported from Daz.

Now - the textures will be an issue.  The diffuse will come over, but not the bump or other ones.  I have a Python routine that handles that for sets, props and such, but not for clothing (which you should be bringin in via CC4 anyway).  I have LOTS of tutorials on all of this if you get stuck.

Alienware Aurora R16, Win 11, i9-149000KF, 3.20GHz CPU, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090 (24GB), Samsung 870 Pro 8TB, Gen3 MVNe M-2 SSD, 4TBx2, 39" Alienware Widescreen Monitor

Thank you, Kelleytoons. I'll look for your tutorials. Concerning the clothes, I will try to import them to CC4 and see what happens. And try to model it in Blender and import. I would rather buy it in the Content Marketplace, but I can't find what I want. All the best.

If you have Daz Genesis clothing you want to bring into CC4, the simplest method is to apply all the clothing to a character in Daz Studio and then export to FBX. Then you can use Transformer in CC4 to bring the character and clothing in. Once imported you can then save the individual items of clothing to your library. These can then be applied to any other CC character and sent to iClone 8.

The video below shows how it is done.

That's great Peter. I'll give it a try. iClone is getting better and more powerful than ever.
Regarding assets, especially landscapes, is it better to use fbx for exportation?
 Thank you.
