Hello, could you please tell me if there any way to save  left and right shoe separately and then put it on avatar?
I want avatar to take shoes off one after another, but even if a save shoes with different layers its just change each other.

Ahh, no. They have 2 layers for shoes and gloves only to have 1 go over sleeves/pants and 2 under.
You still cannot have 2 shoes or 2 gloves at the scene.

Your best bet is to keep original boots on at all times but hide them.
Then Export them as OBJ >selected with materials and bring back 2 copies as props.
Fit them until perfect (there might be some misalignment).
Then for each prop pair delete left or right mesh in Mesh Edit mode.
Attach both to character and Transfer skin weight as Other.

So next time you need to use them, apply shoes to character and hide them first.
Then you can apply right or left boot separately.

Note: this is for high heels where feet are getting deformed while shoes are applied.
For flat shoes, you might get away without keeping  the original shoes on, but still having left and right shoe as cloth.

And for the original heels you might want to remove all texture, decimate them and set the opacity to 0 to keep them "light".
