Hi guys, When I export a character i made using HeadShot I get this weird normals in Blender: When I export a character WITHOUT headshot textures, everything works fine... so this must have something to do with Headshot... Any Ideas? Please Help!

That's alpha blending.
Blender has probably picked up on an alpha channel in the diffuse texture and made the material transparent. Setting the Blend Mode in the Std_Skin_Head material to Opaque, should fix it.
