Do anyone know a to fix this problem with Substance Painter?
In Character Creator 4 my substance painter link is grey out.
How can i fixed this?

I have the same problem. My CC3 link works but not CC4 and when I tried to raise a support ticket they redirected me to this forum. Reallusion whats going on?

Has this bug been fixed already? I'm also wondering as I have Substance Painter linked in CC3 and would like to have it work in CC4 as well when I upgrade.
Have you tried going to File -> Substance Painter Pipeline -> Export Character to Substance Painter / Update Textures from Substance Painter?

I have checked your Support ticket and don't see where they directed you to this forum. Support's last reply to you was on the 24th of October (yesterday) where they gave you some things to check. If the problem is still not resolved, then please keep letting Support know and they will continue to try to help you.

For anyone else having this issue, please also contact Support and they will try to help you get the problem resolved. Thanks.

I thought Adobe dropped Substance Painter. It may have been changed to Adobe Substance 3D Painter

Some models (bought off the store) simply dont work (substance is greyed out)
but some do, I wish I knew how to fix

Just in case anyone is still having this issue: it appears grayed out when its a model that didn't came from CC. You'll have to manually set the textures (but you can speed things up by exporting those textures using the Character Creator preset inside Substance).
