I'm trying to use this monkey, which I bought from the marketplace, and stream to UE.
This is the error I am getting:

Does it mean that it is actually not possible to get a license for it at all?
How to proceed?

The first thing that you need to do is to contact the creator of the character. You could also contact Reallusion Customer Support to ask for assistance.

Just updating: the seller (Alley) didn't get back to me, even after a second message.
I requested a refund from the support, and they sent me back to the seller again, this time he/she didn't respond either.
So I just put it aside - this product is useless for me - and realized I'm screwed. Something is messed up here.
Hopefully, this is a one-time experience...

I do not think Alley can help you with this. There is one derivative content listed there (https://marketplace.reallusion.com/stretchy-base ) made by RL and it's not available for purchase.
That is probably causing a problem. You'd have a better chance contacting RL directly.

The problem is an issue with the license, which only the seller can activate.

I am a seller, but frankly I do not see any way to activate the feature which was gone after licensing scheme rollout this summer.
"Export" check box is not available for any item in the management panel after conversion.

Maybe Peter or somebody else could shed the light on a situation....
