Hi, I am having issues importing ActorCore Animations into Unreal Engine 5. I have been corresponding with your Forum through my client's Account, careyadrian please see the Question we posted 4 days ago, CANNOT IMPORT ACTORCORE FBX FILES INTO UNREAL ENGINE 5. Peter RL from your support wrote back to me and said we must check that the client has exported the files using the Unreal Target Application. I wrote back saying he did and it still was not working. No one has helped or replied to the number of questions we had after that.

This is where I am at the moment. I log into my Clients ActorCore account - careyadrian , and try download the animations he has bought, I choose the Unreal Engine Target. I;ve tried with and without Motion, doesnt matter, doesnt work either way. When I'm trying to download I get an error message, see attached at Capture file. If I try again I am able to download a zipped file, which I unzip.  Everytime I try import these animations in Ue5 I get the same error message below -
"Animation length 13.167 is not compatible with import frame-rate 1920 fps (sub frame 0.64), animation has to be frame-border aligned".

We have a client project we need to finish, can anybody please help us, I've been struggling all weekend with this. Anybody have any idea what to do, would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
