Updates are normally only done using the Reallusion Hub.
If you can't use the Hub, then you have two choices when new versions are introduced.
One is to download and install the latest full version from your Reallusion Account > Registration page (uninstall the old version first).
Alternatively you can contact Support who should be able to provide you with a downloadable version of the update.
