Hello RL-Team,
maybe someone has a solution: The Hub does not start with the NVIDIA RTX Quadro driver "R515 U2 (516.59)". With version "R515 U1 (516.25)" everything works as usual. I checked it several times.
Thank you

If your card works fine with the previous driver there is no need to update. In the past also Nvidia driver updates have been known to break things. I'm surprised that it would affect the Hub though, as that is not really a graphics intensive application.

Thank you for the notification. We are aware of an issue with some latest Nvidia drivers causing the Hub not to launch. Please can you try rolling back to an earlier driver like 516.40 while we work on a fix for the issue. Thanks.

Not sure whether this works. Does somebody want to try? https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5380/~/geforce-hotfix-driver-version-516.79

At this point it seems best to follow Peter's advice and roll back to the driver that worked (516.40).

516.40 is a game ready driver and not a studio one...the OP quoted 516.25 which is neither a game ready or studio driver listed (Maybe a Quadro specific driver.) Does anyone know the last known working studio driver?...as of now the latest (516.93) also is not working. **UPDATE** Studio Driver 512.96 allows the Hub to launch; Downloading the driver.exe and installing over the top works just fine...no need to do a clean install. If you are like me and want/need the latest studio driver for something like Vray 6. You can install 512.96, update all RL products, then upgrade again to the latest studio drivers. Hopefully RL will fixed this issue

We've had this in the past, and it is not just something that RL can fix on their own; it needs to be done in cooperation with Nvidia. After all, Nvidia made the change so they broke something.

The OP clearly mentioned that a Quatro driver was causing the issues and mentioned nothing regarding a Game or Studio version. Studio driver 512.96 has so far not caused any issues and therefore I intend to stay with it for as long as possible.
