Not all of us have had the opportunity (or capability) to upgrade to CC4 / iClone 8. I don't understand why Reallusion is pulling support for 3DXChange and CC3 Pipeline editions when many of our partners are still using them, and we need a way of exporting from CC3/iClone7. I reached out to Reallusion, and they provided me with a "clandestine" link to purchase CC3 Pipeline, but we have not yet been able to get a link for 3DXchange.

Rhetorical question -- why can't users stay on CC3 and IClone7 if they please? Why do special requests have to be made for basic functionality that should always be available, for purchase or otherwise?

If you have CC3 Pipeline and 3DXChange Pipeline, then you can export from IC7 and CC3. Reallusion does not sell them anymore. With the regular version of
IC7 and CC3, you can only export/import within IC7 and CC3.
If you want to export, you will need IC8 and CC4.

I dont understand your post.
I still use Both CC3 pipeline, Iclone 7 for base layer animation
and even 3Dx for retargeting to Daz Characters for  a freelance client who wants to render in Daz studio.
If you never purchased CC3 pipeline or 3DXchange pipeline
You are not entitled to have access to buy  them anymore Just as we are  not entitled to purchase and old, Discontinued versions of MS office  or Zbrush.
