Greetings from Sedona, Arizona! I'm 70 years old (young) and just bought the CC4 and IC8 bundle. I feel like a dog chasing it's tail but the good news is; I'm actually getting tiny nibble on it every now and then. It's nice to see that you guys pay attention to us new folks. You have an exciting, creative (and challenging) job there sir! Yes, we love Sedona. It's a hiking paradise and since my wife loves to hike, I end up on trails chasing her all over these mountains.  I'm retired from teaching CADCAM and CNC, which basically deals with programs that manage robots - repetitive manufacturing machines. My background helps a lot in understanding the wire mesh aspects and axes rotation stuff in your programs. I checked your website and WOW!  I mostly viewed your trailers but none the less, they really show your skill level. It's obvious that you've adapted and grown with Reallusion through the years. I like how you were intent on telling a story rather than playing games with these characters. It also appears that your stories appeal to a broad audience. 
O.k., so I'm on a similar mission to inject characters into a video as well, however my subject is unique and caters more towards education. But first, I have this pesky issue of learning how to navigate my way the through the fundamentals.

Im very lost i paid for the headshot software it shows on the website but not on the app when i login please help me

Headshot is a Plug-in so needs to be installed from the Reallusion Hub. So open the Hub, select CC4 so it has a check mark and then look in the Add-Ons section as shown below. Then install from there. It will then appear in the Plug-ins section in CC4.

Please Note: Make sure CC4 is closed down before installing Headshot.
