Thanks for the reply rosuckmedia. Bro i have iC8 trial & i want to test that free python tool in it to see if they have fixed the few bugs found in iC7 version before i consider purchasing iC8 update. So i guess the tool didn't show up in that location yet, because i haven't purchased iC8 or i don't know. But could you do me a solid & send me the version 8 python tool update you have via a link from google drive to test.

If you have already purchased the vehicles then they, and the python tool, should be present in your user account and available for download. If they do not show then you should contact Reallusion Customer Support directly for assistance. Since there is only one zip file for the plugin that contains both versions you should be able to download it.
