when I look at the project file I just see a very big file, no folders for wav or mp3 files.
is there a way to get only what I recorded inside CA4?

or is there a way to get them from the software it self? I want to change the pitch for one of the characters to make it sound different 

seems best way is to render out the characters and extract the voice from that or raider as wav, modify and re-aply
