I'm importing some custom hair in CC4 and convert to hair with the CC4 Create Hair/Brows/Beard option, then set shader type to digital human hair and assign textures. The base color and other maps are working as expected but the opacity map does not work and hair stays non-transparent. What gives?

Is your opacity map a png? If so, try convert it to a jpg, that may solve the problem.

Thanks! The problem was that the opacity map was 32 bit. Re-saving it as 24 bit solved the issue.
