To return with materials intact try Blender Pipeline:

So my workaround for now:
Do not export brows (if it is a separate Hair>Brow) ! It is not coming back properly. Delete them and reinstate after import back to CC.
1. Export with Blender profile - "Mesh and Expression sequence". Uncheck Embed Texture. Keep this export aside.
2. Export with Blender pipeline.
3. Import to Blender (file from step 2) and work with character. Do not change Blendshapes.
4. Export out of Blender (for proper import/export check pipeline instructions).
5. Import to CC with Pipeline.
7. Delete Occlusion and Tear Line meshes.
8. Reinstate them with "Add Eye Element".
9. Open Face Profile Editor and use Export file from Step 1 to import Blendshapes as "FBX With Frame Sequence".
All should be good now with expressions including Occlusion and Tear Lines.
