I have been having a real problem with just this today. If I remove motion from left arm it twists and changes position. Also it takes where I clicked on the timeline as the point I want to remove from yet if I try from frame one it skips to frame four, twists the arm and moves it down and then the motion continues to how it was before. Annoying as I used it the other day without issue.

In the timeline, right-click the motion clip and select Remove Motion, then, one-by-one, select the body parts you want to remove the motion of. So, L Leg and R Leg in your case. https://manual.reallusion.com/iClone-8/Content/ENU/8.0/51-Animation-Timeline-Editing/Removing_Motions_of_Body_Parts.htm.
