Hallo...kann mir von Euch Experten bitte jemand helfen.
Habe, wie oben beschrieben, iclone 7 Version 7.93.
Wollte eben nach längerer Zeit öffnen und bekomme einen blauen Bildschirm, der mir sagt, dass das Programm einen Fehler generiert hat.
Code: Kernal Mode Heap Kuruption
Kann leider nix damit anfangen.
Auch wenn ich mein Charakter Creator 3.44 anklicke generiert sich erst das normale Anfangsbild, danach bekomme ich einen Fehler.
Danach fährt der PC runter und kommt so in eine Schleife, genau wie bei iclone 7.
Ich meine, da iclone 7 schon älter ist, müsste ich ja noch damit ohne Kompromisse arbeiten können, denn ich habe es ja mal gekauft, oder sehe ich das falsch?
Ist das alles mal gekaufte ab jetzt nix mehr wert?
Wer kann kann mir bitte bei meinem Problem helfen?

Meine Antwort von vor zwei Tagen scheint hier noch nicht freigeschaltet worden zu sein? Noch einmal als Kurzfassung: ich empfehle die Daten zu sichern, die Windows neu zu installieren (alles auf der Festplatte löschen), die Treiber neu zu installieren (z.B. mit einem Tool wie Snappy Driver Installer) und dann mit einem sauberen System zu arbeiten. Manchmal hilft das deutlich besser und auch schneller als lange nach solchen Fehlerursachen zu suchen.
