I recently bought the Vehicle Interaction Motion Pack with the Python Free Plugin pushed to help. Also bought the Terrain Creator that has a Python Plugin that it uses but cannot use neither in IClone 8 because at this point it doesn't appear that  8 supports any of these previous  Python Plugins. Has anyone figured out a Work Around? Thanks..

Log in to your Reallusion account and look under "Orders" for the NTG plugin bonus:



Click on "Download" and in the panel that opens you can download a version for iClone 8:



I don't know if other Python plugins have been updated yet, but you should check your account in both the Marketplace and Content Store to check.

A number of plugins have been updated and it looks like developers are actively working on it.
