I have started Iray and it says something like "problem with serial number ... ask the support"  and then Iray diappeard. 
I have not done anything. Yesterday it works but today this strange message appears one time and now it has gone. 
What is the problem? 

And my internet connection crashed each time I open Iclone. But that is another problem.

Pretty sure I got the same message last week when my internet connection was down. I assumed it's the plugin's way of saying that it can't connect to validate your license.
