maybe there arent tons of makehuman users, but im sure there are a few who would now like to take advantage of the new cc4 features. is there an evolved technique to make this happen? by evolved i mean easier and better..... i was under the impression that with cc4 the exported files/characters would "snap" right in, wishful thinking i know. even still, is there a refined way now in cc4?!?

Does Makehuman still have different skeleton options? If it has a UE4 or HumanIK skeleton, those might be auto-recognized on import if the bone names are standard for those skeletons.

so far ive already tried all of the makehuman rig options and none worked in cc4. in 3dxc, the cmu option was the only option that was accepted for automapping, but it was very limited and not as articulated.
i notice in the video you pointed out that kai selects from the dummy, then selects from the model, very much like we did in 3dxc. however for me that doesnt work. i have to hit the "+" button and select from the list before it "takes" or accepts the imported figures bone. am i doing something wrong?

One difference is that you must double-click the bone in the pictogram. It will turn red, then you click the bone in the skeleton or the bone list.

that worked, many thanks... so far, saved profiles work between different figures exported from makehuman, which wasnt the case w 3dxc. still, would like to do eyes, jaw and face stuff as well, but so far, so good.
