Today I tested the model that I wanted to use in iclone. After setting the characterization, the bones of the ears, eyes and tongue disappear from the viewpoint bones list. I compared a model of a wolf which has similarly designed bones but its bones remain visible.

I checked if the bones are assigned to the unused category, but the list is empty. Has anyone had a similar problem?
