I have been having trouble with the Support ticket systems on my account. I raise a ticket, and no one responds. Is there anyone else having these problems? Does anyone work in Reallusions customer service department? Dean

Sorry to say... the software is good, their customer service is only soso.... I hope you actually get an answer and not a generic response. Best to ask your questions here 1st IMO. People in the forum are really good about working things out. I only use customer support when there is no other choice.

DeanHi Dean I have checked your account and see you have submitted two recent support tickets. The first was submitted on the 12th May and we replied on the 13th May. Your second ticket was submitted on the 19th May (yesterday) and we replied today the 20th. Based on the fact we have replied to both your support tickets, can you explain what you mean by "no one responds". Thanks.
