Here are some egghead renders with CC4. 
Feeling a later CC4-Avatar with higher fidelity mesh and higher res texture could really close in on passing for real under the right lighting circumstances.

Thanks Ultimat, I pretty much throw an HDRI to suit the mood and multiple lights in the mix, and then down-tweak the values until I like the result. 
Or put on beer goggles, render, and hope for the best...

Looks absolutely great! Couple of them could rival UE/Omniverse :D I gave them 5 stars, well deserved.
