If you are eligible for a free copy of iClone 8 through one of the earlier promotions, you should have already been given a serial number (please check your Reallusion Account Registration page). I can not find any serial numbers to upgrade the trial version that showed up in my HUB. Please be more specific about the location of the serial number. You wrote"(please check your Reallusion Account Registration page)." When I go to the Register Product & Download Patch/Bonus page I can not find the serial number. Last year when I purchased the $800 worth of items I got a notice that I qualified for the free upgrade. Please explain what I need to do to get the serial number. Thanks, Craig

To be clear, I did see a page that said to go to I believe order history and/or registration page and find it there and I'm not seeing it there either.

But I did not receive serial numbers yet. And I can neither see iClone 8 or CC 4 in my account. I hope to see a sloution see because I'm eager to get to know the new versions!
