When I try to export my character I am getting an export license error saying I don't have a license. This is an export license for a mesh I purchased with points through the Market Place. When I click buy it in fact states that I already have the export license. I have used the smart gallery to resync same issue. I then did a sync locally same issue. How do I fix this?

Hi... On the Menu Bar go into Help and select "Activate Purchased Items". This will normally resolve the problem but if it doesn't try Help > Activate Entire Library (this may take a little time to complete).
