I received a voucher for 50% off my purchase, but when I entered it, it was for only 40%. Why so?

Was the content already discounted? For example if the content was discounted by 10% already then you may only see a further 40% deduction.

However, please feel free to contact Customer Support using the link below. If you let them know the content you were trying to purchase and the code you entered, they will be able to check it for you.

Thanks for the response. As far as I could tell, the product wasn't already discounted. I've taken your advice and approached Customer Support for help.

I've seen this a number of times.

I recently tried to add the 30% coupon to the 3in1 skin pack and the price actually increased with coupon applied!

Crazy stuff. 

Either allow coupons to stack against sale or special offer prices, or don't allow them to be applied at all. Allowing them to be applied so.that it wipes out the sale price is a PR disaster.

Turned out to be an error. Now fixed.
