Does anyone know if it is possible to edit an animation imported from a DeepMotion capture? When I import the animation it appears as an animation layer, not as a motion clip. Which means that I am unable to apply any sort of animation to it. Below is how the animation looks.
60% of original size (was 834x246) - Click to enlarge

I've been unable to figure out how I might add some animations. I would like to just use the iClone7 animation controls for the face and hands. Is this even possible?

thanks..

If you capture the motion in FBX or BVH, you have to convert it with 3DXChange and send it to IC.
Do you have 3DXChange 7?

Animation layer is for props, so what you need to do in 3DXchange is to convert the prop to a non-standard character by mapping the bones.

Once you done that, you can export the animation (with or without the character) to iClone.

As this is quite an involved process, you may want to check out the following tutorial. It is for the previous versions of IC and 3DX, but not much has changed.
