It is misleading, because even though I have Elite discount, it applies that 40% off discount first, then it applies the 15% on the item price.
So instead of “an extra 15%’ off like it plainly states. For example taking $100 order - ie turning my 40% off into an 55% off so price is $45, it takes the $100, discounts down to $60, then applies 15% ahaving that 40% off I refuse to buy stuff from actorcore or marketplace where that Elite discount doesn’t apply.
*You are correct in everything.
One has to buy lot of assets to get even.
*Even then this is the highest discount with elite membership.
*You were spot on that for current members the free bees did offset the price and sweetened the deal.
*Also this 15 percentage applies to Marketplace and Software store.
This is again fruitful more for those who have more to buy.
*Some of cool and useful assets are only in marketplace place but are not in content store for various reasons .
Extra Discount on marketplace is welcomed. 👍

The reason they cannot give 55 percentage off for other people's asset is according to documentation they have to give 50 percent of each sale to the vendor. Thus 15 percentage on 40 percentage is really the max they can give.
Turns out Stacked Discount is 49 Percent on List Price. Which Makes some of us Elite + Prime + Premium Plus Members ( Hopefully This investment gets me returns this year)
Prime greatest for newbies who want more assets and also maybe a person like me who has most of content already bought somewhat useful.
I bought this one day before announcement as soon as it popped on site for reasons above.
I hope they make Prime membership worth for everyone and it becomes no brainer to buy.
