I understand you can have more than 15 layers, but the options for those layers seem extremely limited. I also researched that I would get a lot more choices for hair styles, but no more are available after the SG bundle purchase. Its like I paid so much extra for this bundle and so far it has really only given me very few more perks. Also I keep humbly asking how I can upload my own vectored tattoo designs onto the skin of my characters. I researched the SkinGen bundle and it advertised that I would be able to do that, but it is nowhere to be found. This is the main reason why I purchased the SkinGen bundle and I cant do it. Where are the upload tools and things that allow me to do this? I don't even see any tutorials for SkinGen incase I am simply missing all of these upgrades I was supposed to get. So please help me out because I feel that I have paid $250.00 extra for something that was advertised, but not true.

I found a video about Skingen premium.
Maybe it can work for you.

Skingen bundle is actually a very useful and very necessary feature.
I don't think the money you paid for this will go to waste.
However, if you want to return it, you can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

SkinGen Tool works. It is in the skin section of CC. You click on skin tool, then decal. It will give you a choice of head, arm and body. It will send you to skin editor. It will apply a default texture. You can delete that and apply your own texture. Look at photo to find wear the skingen textures are.
I hope this helps.  I made a transparency of a free clipart heart.https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/fe79d995-29e7-469c-8333-c658.jpghttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/a98ca5e7-28df-4eef-93e4-76a3.jpghttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/1a96eb37-276a-4125-b71d-c52b.jpg

It can be done. Towards the end of this video is a character with a skull tattoo on his forehead that I did with skin gen:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iwilbkFG70M
I don't remember the exact steps, but I likely discovered how to do it by watching one of the videos already posted in this thread.

Wow, lots of great help and advice from the response here. The video for the decals really helped and I have learned how to create my own base and opacity file and it works. Now I gotta play with all of the gizmos and options to make it look right. Now I can do this. Mahalo nui loa
