If you don't tell us which character you have a problem with and if you don't provide the "Compatibily list" message, how can anyone help you? We don't all have a Crystal Ball. I'm sure that as soon as you provide these elements someone will be able to help you.

I was under the impression that the Daz Genesis 8.1 one characters weren't yet compatible with Character Creator. There is a pretty comprehensive list on the Reallusion page under Character Creator/Transformer.

No sooner did I say something and then click over to my YouTube feed to find that Mike Kelley has posted his workaround video for importing Genesis 8.1 figures...
