I'm sure most people run into this issue when they start animating with CTA.
I've spent the entire day (it is almost 7 pm where I live) trying to find the solution. Hours upon hours of video watching. Such a simple issue. Cannot find an answer.
So, I'm bringing a character to the stage, let's say, a dog. First it sits and barks for 100 frames. Then, in frame 101 I apply a walking animation.
In order to make Fido move while he walks, I make a keyframe in frame 150 and in that frame place Fido somewhere else.
You guessed it - when I play the movie, Fido starts to slide away from his position even as he is still sitting and barking. I cannot for the life of me make that motion start in frame 101 and not before. I've tried everything I could think of (apart from watching videos till my eyes hurt), copying keyframe 100 and pasting it in 101, whatever.
Nothing works, and I can find no explanation in the videos or the manual. I've tried to look it up in this forum but the search term for the issue isn't very clear, so I'm getting a lot of other stuff.
Can someone explain this basic issue to me? Thanks in advance.
