Hello,

I'm very new to iClone7 and CC3 and am having trouble with the most basic thing:
I can't figure out how to load a purchased character model into CC3.

Here's what I've tried so far:
1) I've looked all over the content tab in CC3 to find my purchased model.  Can't find it.
2) I've downloaded the model to disk, right-clicked the file and chose "Open with" CC3.  Did not work.
3) I tried loading into iClone 7 using the Smart Gallery and it loaded.  However, I couldn't find any way to transfer it to CC3.
4) I checked to see if CC3 had a Smart Gallery function.  After not showing up for a long time, I finally saw the Smart Gallery window in CC3.  Unfortunately, if I click the window header to move it or try to resize the window, it vanishes permanently.  Anyways, I browsed through the Smart Gallery in CC3 and simply could not find my purchased model.

Needless to say, I'm a bit frustrated after spending almost 45 minutes simply trying to load a character model.

If anyone can set me on the right path I would really appreciate it.
