Every project, every time. Take tonight, I download 13 free items, a few paid for with points as well. I have to download the via Smart Gallery, well, half work that way, the other I use Original or I won't get them. Then, as I work, even a small project, they disappear from the Smart gallery. I just used them, when to another tab, and Poof! Gone. How, why?  Trust me when I say it isn't my PC. It is new, I upgraded, and it can run this program no problem.  I lose so much time in projects because of this. Personally I think the Smart gallery has a hard time keeping synced and it needs to be improved.

If you buy props, sometimes you can find them in the props folder. That is where they are supposed to go to.
Motions are in the Motion folder. accessories are in the Accessory folder. Hair in the Hair folder. Clothes
in the Custom Cloth folder. That is where they are stored. I bought these props from Next Level 3D.
You can find the folders in C drive/ Users/Public/Public Documents/Reallusion/. 
The template is where most of the items are stored. Custom folder is where all your custom items are stored, motions, characters, cloth, textures.

You don't have to use the Smart Gallery to access content. As already explained just use the Content tab to navigate through the folders.

I guess I should have spelled it out, Not under Content, not under Smart gallery. I have to redownload every time. I even hit the sync button to make sure all I download should be there. I'm going to stop using these forums now, It's like fanboy heaven and no one wants to actually help. Just say things like, it's all right under this tab, when I have clearly explained it is not. Sorry to bother you folks, take care. I would not recommend this product, I'll tell you that. Even the tutorials are half assed, or for old versions. I wish I could get my money back and just use Blender.

If yo download trial version of item, and like it, when you buy it, it already is in your inventory.
The New Level 3D apartment and office, I did not install to that folder. They installed to that folder automatically.
I install items to the Custom Cloth folder. I am not a fan boy, I am trying to help you.

I wish, it doesn't show at all, so to test, I go to my content page in store, which I have to work with open because of this crap, and get exact name and type it in search to get no results in Content, or Smart Gallery. So I have to download each time I need something. Oh, my gallery is full, just never with what I need, even when I sync, or as I mentioned, search. Yet I just wasted 400 points on items I didn't fully read description for a set with a trench coat, which was what I needed, and it is a material, LMAO, who needs black material?!?, that is free. It's like the scammers love selling on the Marketplace as well as the programmers who micromanage this whole program. It's frustrating.

I have spent so much money on this garbage program for nothing to work efficiently. I even Upgraded my brand new PC. I'm actually turning folks away from iclone now because I am stuck with it. I wish I could say I were sorry, yet this program is a punch in the face, and now I'm stuck because it was so expensive and not at all worth the cost...total frustration with each use. Thank you for trying to help though. I just wish their tutorials were any good.

I don't think there is any problem with SG.
You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the programs.
Sometimes, an overlooked minor error or a corrupted system file can cause different problems.

I've never had a problem as you mentioned, but I have encountered different and strange problems in different programs.
These problems sometimes went away when I reinstalled the programs, some were fixed after reinstalling windows.

You can set the content paths for Smart Gallery. You can try changing these paths.

It's not right to blame people who are trying to help you for problems with your PC.

I'm not blaming folks on the forum, I thanked them. If you mean the programmers, Nice to meet a true fanboy. My PC can handle this program like a champ. The paths to the Content manager and Smart Gallery are where they should be from installation. I use default as not to cause problems with this program. Just because you don't have these problems, doesn't mean they don't exist. I find it hilarious you blame a PC first over your favorite program when you have no idea what my PC can do.

Have you looked in your custom cloth and props folders for items? I have a 3rd Gen Xeon CPU and a GTX 970 4GB graphics card, and 20 GB of DDR3 RAM.
I have no problem using Iclone7 and CC3. When I buy some items, it takes a few hours for them to show up, sometimes. 
When you download an item, it tells you what folder it will go into every time. Do you pay attention to the download info?
Sometimes SG shows me I have items to download, when I know I already downloaded them. I know what folder they are in.
 Iclone and CC3 work great. I enjoy using it. I spend about 20 hours or more a week using them.
Don't give up on iClone. You can look at videos from past contests and see how great IC and CC3 are.
I am sure there will be contests for IC8 and CC4 in the coming months.
