First, let me say how much easier would be if the website could have (as many others) a chat with a support window. But ok... On 12/18/2021 I bought the bundle  (iC7 + 3DXchange) + (LIVE FACE Profile for Motion LIVE Plug-in) ... I'm very happy to be finally, able to have my own licenses.
My question now is... the promo says "Spend $399+  GET CC4". I spend $500... Will I get CC4 license? If not I could buy IC3 now before the promo ends.

My other concern is that I was using CC3 and IC7 from a company that provide me with the licenses. But since I create my own account I was force to have my own licences. And this is an alert for future customers. The alert is: IF you are using any Reallusion software registered with an account, you can't create a new account and buy content. At the moment you want to use it an allert will say "This content belong to a different account". CRAZY! Yes,... but this is how it works. I have no idea how to share an .iProject file using a different account that the one to create it. 

The ticket system takes days to answer. I hope they improve the customer support soon.

If you have spent a total of $500 then you will be entitled to a free copy of Character Creator 4 when it is released.

However, if you were to purchase other software or content from the Content Store before the promotion ends and brought your total spend to $699+, then you will be entitled to a copy of iClone 8 for free.

And finally if your total spend is $799+ you would be entitled to free copies of both iClone 8 and CC4 free.

The alert is: IF you are using any Reallusion software registered with an account, you can't create a new account and buy content.


I'm not sure what you mean by this. If you have created a new account and purchased iClone 7, then you can certainly purchase content for it. What you can't do is use content that was purchased under a different account unless you also created that account. If that is the case you can ask Customer Support to merge your accounts together for you. Once this is done you will be able to use all the content from both accounts.


The ticket system takes days to answer. I hope they improve the customer support soon.


Normal response time is 48 hours Monday to Friday. Unfortunately if you submit a ticket on say Friday then it can be Tuesday before you get a response.

Thanks a lot Peter! That clarify me a lot. Now.. regarding the fact of to merge the accounts... since this is irreversible... there any down side about to merge accounts? I mean he is my friend and client company (iI'm freelancer) . Or they just will have access to content that I buy and me with their content? Is this is it.. I have no problem with that.

The merging of accounts is really only intended for when a customer has created two accounts and has split their software and content purchases between the two accounts. If the accounts are created by two individual people then we would not normally be able to merge the accounts. The exception to this would be in the case of a business account where multiple employees would share the same account login.

So if you think your situation is suitable for the merging of accounts then please feel free to request this from Customer Support.

Please Note: For security reasons it will require both parties to agree to the merging of accounts.
