I am using Windows11 (22000.348) Everything is updated and I have tried reinstalling .NET and the app still isn't working even in compatibility mode. I have even tried replacing xinput1_3.dll still unable to launch...

Hi Arjun, I recently upgraded from Win10 to Win 11 and all works fine.
Verify integrity of windows. Use revo uninstaller to uninstall Iclone and all reallusion products, remove registry and files left by this uninstaller.
Now use Reallusion hub to install again.
Disclaimer : I am not from Reallusion. Do all these above at your own risk and technical know how.
