Hi...

Sorry to hear you are having problems installing the trial of Character Creator 3.

Please try the following to see if it helps:

1. Log out out of the Reallusion Hub and then log back in again. Then try to install again making sure you have an active internet connection.
2. Make sure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator. You can check by going to Start > Settings > Accounts.
3. Check you have sufficient free space on the drive you wish to install to.
4. Try installing to a different drive if possible. For example, try the D: drive instead of the C: drive if you have one.

Please Note: The Support Form appears to be working fine if you would like to try contact Support again.

Unfortunately the trial version can only be downloaded using the Hub, however if the installer was successfully downloaded (but not installed) then it may still be on your computer.

In the Reallusion Hub, please click on "Settings" (top right) and you will see a link titled "Installer Location". If you then click this link it open the folder where the installer is located. If it is there you can try double clicking the .exe file to see if you can begin installation this way.

I had the same problem a lot on the support form. The problem I noticed is that if you wait for a long time on the support page, it gives an error while submitting the form. You have to refresh it with F5 and submit it again.
