Hey, wanted to use something like this for a long time. 
So, all the possibilities of the character's behaviour are like linked and logical.
So can we spoon feed the behaviour to the character just by writing in plain english? That would be awesome.
Like if henry is an alligator and i spoon feed the script that henry stands up and waves his thick fingers to Sarah and she raises an eyebrow but henry doesn't notice that. 
If the character behaves and obeys like that, we have tremendous application space. 
Is there modern AI that can make this possible with the help of this software?

You haven't mentioned which software, but in general none of our animation software will allow animating from a written text file. You can use a text file for speech but not to animate the body.

However, there are several easy ways you can animate (depending on the software) including motion capture, puppeteering and keyframe animation. No coding is required to animate.
