Hello, Pre-Sale iClone question... I want to create interior scenes (using various libraries of models) and render them for use in 2D Cartoon Animator... 2D Cartoon Animator has a "cartoon" look to the characters... I think I read somewhere (and trying to confirm here) is there a way that I can render these "realistic" iClone scenes to look like a line drawn "cartoon" style image for 2D Cartoon Animator? If so, what is the iClone description for this so I may research it in the documentation... Thank you, Chuck

Hi Chuck, Excellent question. Iclone7 has this thing called Toon Shader you can use in your project, it may or may not be what you're looking for but that's the closest thing you'll probably get to a hand drawn look in Iclone. All it does is cell shading. I'll drop a link to the official online manual for Iclone so you can check it out. They have three pages that explain how to use it and pictures so you can see what it looks like. To find the other pages just look for "Toon Shader" in the search box of the online manual. Additionally I found this short video from someone in the community who's made sort of a cartoony look. Hope this helps out a bit.
