Is it possible to do override keyframes on top of a motion clip as opposed to the default additive keyframes?

As far as I know (which isn't much), no, but that sounds like an interesting layer to the timeline (above other clips).

So if you apply a motion that does most of what you want, but allow you to tweak parts of it.
