Hard to tell, but they might be specular reflections from deep in the mouth cavity.
There's a cavity mask I can use to tone those down, that's probably what it was meant for.

will try those tips out and keep that in mind, many thanks...
i have to admit, my recent blender experience is coming along nicely. its great having a program that can interact with everything else i use, and they communicate so well with each other.

anyway, the glowing eyebrows... havent tried the fix yet.

and i imagine the glowing pixelation the mouth is another material setting issue?!?

Eevee needs to be told how to alpha blend, otherwise it doesn't. Cycles takes the opacity map and just ray traces through it, no need for alpha blending, but in Cycles mode it doesn't give you any alpha blend options for the Eevee view port, you'd need to switch it back to Eevee to see them.

Some of the eyebrows in the skin gen packs have some base skin color in them which usually doesn't match up. You could try using the colour adjustment controls of the eye brow layer to get a better match. Switching the layer's diffuse blend mode to multiply (if the eyebrow hair is dark) usually helps in getting a better match.

(If the eyebrows are actually hair meshes, then sometimes the subsurface settings can make them look too bright in Cycles. Turn down the subsurface radius in the Material Parameters.)

thank you for responding. it rendered fine using cycles w/o having to adjust anything, maybe its just a preview issue.

i dont suppose the glowing eyebrows added using skingen or the makeup-sfx pack have a similar fix? is that the option when we join eyebrows and beard on export not being set causing that?

The alpha blending probably just needs to be turned on for that material. If you scroll down the material properties at the far bottom right you should find a settings panel with Blend Mode and Shadow Mode settings. Set both of these to Alpha Hashed.

hello all... i set up a figure in blender, but the opacity map isnt being applied correctly and i lack the know how to know how to fix it =/

you can see the fuzziness around the flap of cloth on the skirt. but the opacity map is loaded... i dont know blender enough to fix, but if the map is loaded i dont see why it doesnt apply correctly. on another image i notice that the cycles engine was making the eyebrows glow, but i suppose thatll have to be another post. any ideas or suggestions are appreciated =)
